Wieder gmail Merkwürdigkeiten

Hallo Zusammen,

Folgendes passierte heute:

Ich hatte in der macOS Apple Mail App auf eine Email geantwortet, die an meine christoph at me.com <mailto:christoph at me.com> Adresse adressiert war.
Ich  habe darauf ein reply gemacht. Eigentlich müßte sie doch an den Apple (me.com <http://me.com/>) mailserver direkt geliefert werden? Oder kann es sein, daß sie 
über meinen <my_server_ip> an apple und dann an gmail geliefert wurde? Ich habe jetzt DMARC , DKIM  und SPF  auf meinem mail server (die Adresse, von der ich hier poste)
und trotzdem bounct die Email:
